Vintage-style badges

As some of you may know, in the past months I was working on a huge project. Someone who has a badge making machine comissioned me to draw 20 pictures with kids and animals on it in vintage style with delicate colors. I finished the drawings in the beginning of January and I already got one example of each design! They turned out really lovely, I'm still amazed at the quality of the badges, you can see every tiny detail on it clearly. I share my favourites with you:

I hope I'll have some similair projects in the future as well, I really enjoyed doing it, though I know I complained a lot to my closest friends that I have no more inspiration and I'm sick of cute animals and kids :D But now that it's finished, I'm really happy with it!

Anne & Gilbert

I promise, this one is the last post for today - and not only because it's 11:35 pm :D

So I finished my second drawing today, hurray~

See? Less pink than the previous one :D

So it's Anne Shirley and Gilbert Blythe~ Their story is the most heartwarming ever! ...and I'm still trying to forget that the 'New Beginning' movie even exists X_x Worst sequel ever. If I'm feeling down or I'm just bored, I watch again and again the Anne of Green Gables movies and I have to watch the Road to Avonlea series (all of them!) EVERY year as well :) I'm a bit sad that they're not so popular :S but I'll love them forever and they are my biggest mori inspiration *^.^* And one day I HAVE to visit the Prince Edward Island!

Autumn-style

Now that autumn is here, I had to bring some freshness into my mori-inspired wardrobe :) Actually I don't really like mori-style like the way they usually wear it, but I love some elements of it. Since the weather is colder and the colors are less vibrant in fashion as well, I found some really lovely garments at our local second-hand store and I'm really happy with them! I share with you some of my favourites, not all of them are new, but I love them the most :)

Absolutely my favourite piece! I almost left it in the store because I thought that it looks like a short wedding dress, but I'm happy I didn't! With a nice brown or beige belt on the waist and with floral tights it's just amazing! The sleeves are really loose and ethereal, it looks like an angel dress :)

Nice chiffon blouse with lovely lace details. Sadly my skin doesn't really like chiffon, but it's so nice that I have to wear it anyway :)

I was wearing it with this outfit and I really liked it with this high-waist skirt: lookbook link

It's one of the newest part of my family and I was really surprised that I found something like this in a secondhand shop. It will work very nicely with my lolita wardrobe too! :)

It's not a new piece in my wardrobe but still my favourite cardigan. I love all the details and the coziness that it gives~~~

I bought it some months ago and I'm still trying to get used to it. It looks so lovely but it's really tight and not so comfortable :( But one day I'll fit in it, and be happy! :D It's the only piece in this post that is not from a secondhand store :)

Absolutely the most interesting piece that I found lately. It seems big but with a belt it's just perfect. I love loose things, they just fly around me :) And there are so many different type of lace on it, it's just perfect!

I hope you enjoyed it and I hope there's more to come soon ;))) Though the weather could be a bit less rainy...

Mint and beige collection

As I said earlier in one of my posts, my style changed a lot in the past year. I started to LOVE beige colored things, and I like chocolate brown as well - but of course mint is still my absolute favourite. Today I sorted some of my favourite clothes of this style, and I took some photos of them. Here you are ;)

Socks & tights:
These are my favourite garments for sure, I own more than enough :D I can't wait for spring to come, and wear them with cute skirts or shorts!

Skirts & shorts:
I made the first one in Paris. The mint green is from H&M and the lacy short is from ebay. I have it in black as well, and I really love to wear them under shorter dresses :)

Sweaters & cardigans:

Spring, please come! I want to wear them INSTEAD of my coat, not under it! My favourite is the beige lacy cardigan, I bought it in a secondhand shop, the material is very soft and the lacy details are amazing! I took a photo of the back side as well to show you how nice it is.

The mint cardigan is the newest member of my family :D I bought it on ebay, and I was dancing with it, when I opened the envelope and realized that it's ever more beautiful in real life than it was on the stockphoto :)

Blouses:
Both of them are inherited from my grandmother, but not from the same one! :) The beige blouse is actually too big, but with a skirt on it, it can be really nice.

I have another beige blouse, that I wear very often with lolita outfits, but now it's in the laundry for the lolita meet-up on this week-end :)

Dresses:
The last one is the newest. I bought it in a chinese shop, and It's amazing, the back part of the skirt is longer!~ The first is from Topshop (2nd hand) and the second is from H&M.

Hair accessories:

Flower power :) I don't have anything to say about them, I simply love flowers and bows! I have some others as well, but I couldn't find them now :D

Other accessories:
I'll get the floral bag for my birthday from my Sis and her husband, but I got it earlier. I'm totally in love with it!!~

Actually I've never made a real wardrobe post before, so I'm really excited. What do you think? I hope you like it.
